By using zawgyi's services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the platform regarding zawgyi's services.

In addition to the terms on this page, players must also read the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In any case where these terms are unclear, the decision of zawgyi's management team is final.

Important Notice: zawgyi's services are for adults 21 and over only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform.

Account Registration Requirements

Anyone wishing to use zawgyi's services must meet the following requirements.

Age Requirement

  • Players must be at least 21 years old.
  • A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.
  • If a false age is found to have been entered, the account will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

One Account Per Person Policy

  • Each person is allowed to open only one account at zawgyi.
  • Opening multiple accounts using the same IP address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
  • If this is found to have occurred, all accounts may be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Personal Information

Players must provide their real name, date of birth, and correct contact details when registering. zawgyi does not accept registrations made with false information.

Account Management

It is the player's own responsibility to keep their account secure. zawgyi does not allow anyone to access a player's account without that player's consent.

Password Protection

  • Players must not share their account password with anyone.
  • If any unauthorised access to the account is detected, zawgyi customer service must be notified immediately.
  • zawgyi is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's password being compromised.

Account Verification (KYC)

  • zawgyi may request a copy of a player's national ID card before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal requests from players who have not completed KYC verification may be delayed.
  • Personal information provided during verification is handled in accordance with zawgyi's Privacy Policy.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through zawgyi's approved methods. If a transfer does not go through correctly, it must be reported to zawgyi for investigation.

Deposit Terms

  • The deposit method must be the player's own KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay account.
  • zawgyi does not accept deposits made through a third party's payment method.
  • After making a deposit, keep the reference number or transfer confirmation.
  • Any fees incurred on deposits are to be borne by the player.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
  • Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Players acknowledge that withdrawals may take longer due to any verification checks carried out by zawgyi.
  • To change or cancel a withdrawal request that has already been submitted, contact zawgyi customer service immediately.

Financial Security

zawgyi protects all financial transfers with SSL encryption. Players acknowledge that zawgyi may pursue legal action in the event that financial fraud is detected.

Bonuses and Promotions

The terms set out in this section apply to claiming zawgyi's bonuses and promotions. Players must understand that all bonuses come with a wagering requirement, and bonus funds can only be withdrawn after being wagered 25 times.

Welcome Bonus

  • On the day of their first deposit, players receive a 100% welcome bonus equal to 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, players must first wager an amount equal to the bonus amount × 25.
Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Account balance 40,000 Ks → You must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 2: Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks (maximum) → Account balance 1,520,000 Ks → You must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement for a bonus is met, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
  • Bonus funds may only be used on games approved by zawgyi. Wagering requirements may vary depending on the game type.
  • If a bonus is found to have been obtained through proxy claiming, reselling, or fraud, all bonuses and related activity will be cancelled.
  • While one bonus is active, no additional bonus can be claimed (unless otherwise announced).

Refer a Friend

  • The referrer will receive 8% of the referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per friend.
  • In addition, the referrer will receive 0.1% of the referred friends' total valid wagers as a weekly commission.
  • Wagering requirements also apply to bonus amounts earned through referrals.

Game Rules

Every game type on zawgyi has its own rules. Players should read and understand the general game rules listed in this section before playing.

Game Validity

  • If a technical error occurs during a game, the winnings from that round will not be paid out. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
  • A player's connection dropping does not void a game — the round will continue on zawgyi's server.
  • zawgyi will not alter any completed game result in favour of or against any player.

Betting Limits

  • Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the game type and the player's VIP level.
  • Players can set their own betting limits on the Responsible Gaming page.

VIP Tier Benefits

The zawgyi VIP programme has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up tiers as they play more, with the following benefits:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Behaviour

  • Using software or bots to automate gameplay is strictly prohibited.
  • Exploiting game system vulnerabilities to cheat is not tolerated — such activity will be declared void and the account will be closed.
  • Accessing the site via VPN or proxy from restricted regions is prohibited.
  • zawgyi can investigate bonus abuse — where a player intentionally exploits bonuses knowing they will lose in the long run — and may cancel the bonus.

Collusion Prevention

zawgyi's monitoring system watches for collusion between players in live casino games around the clock, 24 hours a day. If detected, all accounts involved may be closed.

Personal Data Handling

Game Provider Services

Games on zawgyi are operated by game providers, so zawgyi cannot be directly responsible for RNG outcomes or game engine issues in those games. However, zawgyi will follow up on any complaints submitted by players.

Account Suspension

If zawgyi finds that a player's account has violated these terms, the account may be suspended or closed immediately without notice.

Reasons for Suspension

  • Registering with a false age or incorrect personal information
  • Committing bonus abuse
  • Using software or bots to play
  • Fraudulent financial activity
  • Player's own request for account closure

Withdrawal Rights After Closure

If the account is closed at the player's own request, any bonus funds will be forfeited and remaining real-money balances will be returned subject to zawgyi's processing timeline. If zawgyi closes the account, remaining funds will only be returned after a full review of account activity.

Changes to Terms

zawgyi reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

Notification and Continued Use

  • If a player continues to use zawgyi's services after terms have been updated, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

On your first deposit day at zawgyi, you receive a bonus equal to your deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks in your account. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.
